Read this today. Aha, moment. Just wanted to share. Affirmations never quite did it for me. I mean, they sometimes made me feel momentarily empowered, but always accompanied with a sense of insincerity and disconnection.
None of us are okay and all of us are fine. Move closer to the whisper. Knowing that you can be afraid and brave at the same time = beautiful relief.
