Amber — 26th birthday goal!

So, it’s April 15 today, which means my birthday is just over a month away.  I’ll be 26 years young, and for the first time in quite a looong time, I will be celebrating it as a single, happy, healthy woman.  I’m really looking forward to it, and I need to come up with something really monumentally fun to do as a celebration.  Any ideas?

Because I am doing so well  in the weight loss department and I am FEELING so great about life in general, it’s a good time to start pushing myself a little harder — not because I’m stressed or anxious but because I’m happy and at peace.  I’M READY FOR A CHALLENGE. 🙂

That being said, I’ve decided that by the date of my birthday in May I would like to be at 175 lb!  That translates to a weight loss of about 10 lbs (give or take) in the next month.  I know that is considered a rapid weight loss for a one month period, but I plan on doing it healthfully by upping the exercise ante and really sticking to a low-cal meal plan.  I’m doing this because I feel great and have the motivation to go further.  🙂

All your encouragements help!  I will keep you posted.
