Deb — Thai Red Cabbage Slaw

Fresh Choice Community Kitchens

Personally, I like to call this salad Red Thigh Cabbage and yes, I’ve probably ruined a great title… but my motto with good food has always been:

“Once it crosses the kitchen line, it’s all mine!”

So, shouts out to the Fresh Choice Kitchens for a great recipe, title and all.   http://www.communitykitchens.ca

This is from their Many Hands cookbook, which I love.  To order: http://www.communitykitchens.ca/main/?manyHands
